Open Role – Content Marketing Intern

Xpertly was built to help people connect and grow, and over the last few months, our products have played a critical part in changing how people around the world network with one another. With hundreds of people using the service, a career at Xpertly offers countless ways to make an impact in a fast growing organization.
We’re looking for a current 2nd or 3rd year student for a part-time internship role as Content Marketing intern. The Content Marketer will use content to educate and inspire, with the objective of increasing adoption of Xpertly. They will also look to utilize data to inform their content development.  This is a 8-week unpaid internship position located in our Santa Monica office.


  • Curate compelling content that breaks down complex products and concepts
  • Devise editorial strategy to grow adoption of Xpertly, using in-product channels or leveraging marketing and sales teams
  • Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of response and value, and identify areas of opportunity for product teams
  • Use data to prioritize projects based on impact
  • Think big to develop innovative education and growth solutions
  • Meet tight publishing deadlines

Minimum Qualification

  • 1 to 2 years at top undergraduate university completely coursework towards marketing or related field
  • 1+ years of project management experience
  • Proven track record of delivering high impact projects
  • Experience with content for the web, including mobile web
  • Experience in data-driven content strategy
  • Experience with information architecture and content management is a plus
  • Experience with WordPress preferred
  • Experience in tech industry a plus
